The Gallery at Neiber and the home of Art Quilts by Rhonda is located on the banks of the Big Horn River where the The Neiber Stage Stop was originally located. Rhonda’s husband, Phil, is a direct descendant of Bernard Neiber, who built the stage stop. Hence the name of The Gallery at Neiber. The Gallery features fiber art originally designed by Art Quilts by Rhonda as well art work from other local artists.
